That is encouraging, Heather! Thank you for your response - my app opens and I can see recent transactions and everything like normal except no purchases or savings has been updated in over a week. This has happened to me once before (earlier this year) and the issue resolved itself. Thanks again for your response!

Hey, Charles! I appreciate your response - I have sent an initial message over a week ago (maybe 10 days) and have, 'bumped,' everyday ever since. Just today, I saw someone on the other end read it, so that's encouraging. I also emailed their support on their website a few days ago and haven't heard back yet. I've had this issue earlier this year and it quietly resolved itself over the course of a few stressful days. Hoping for some resolution - have loved the app other than these few random lags.
