Goal Contribution Behavior Options at Due Date

Add an option to automatically Pause funding when Due Date is reached.
If we think of Goals as one-time expenses, having a default behavior of suspending funding at the Due Date would help clarify the difference between an Expense and a Goal.
At the due date, if the target amount is fulfilled and funding suspended, the Goal should be marked as "Fulfilled" and able to be spent from without triggering additional funding (unless the user manually reactivates funding).

We might even go further and have at least an option, if not default behavior, to automatically suspend funding if the target amount is reached before the due date.
Imagine a $5000 goal for down payment for a new car.
- I receive a bonus from work that I transfer to my car goal
- The goal is now fulfilled, 8 months early
- I go buy a new car and spend the $5000 out of the goal
I don't want DAS to automatically start funding the goal again, despite the due date still being 8 months away. The one-time expense for the goal has been dealt with. A default behavior of suspending Goal funding at the Due Date OR the target amount is reached, whichever comes first, makes sense!
