Add option to archive connection to disconnect from Plaid, but keep the data in DAS. Das will stop getting updates from plaid and archived connections won't count towards linked institution limits.

There will still be a limit on how many times someone can link institutions. This is _not_ a way to juggle connections in DAS, but be able to keep closed bank accounts for historical purposes (Simple, BBVA, or previously closed accounts)
