Then goals, highest target amount to lowest. Idea.. Block on a bucket until it's funded? Currently, DAS will skip a high target bucket if there isn't enough money and fund lower targets buckets. This was done so users won't get stuck with a high FTS amount if they were unable to meet, for example, rent. The idea was that DAS could still fund other things like insurance, electricity, etc so bills are still accounted for.
